Postage containing NO LIVE INSECTS will be sent Via the relavant Royal Mail service.

Please make sure any postage details are correct when ordering, any incorrect information given may result in a delayed delivery! If this does occur please contact me ASAP so I can correct any informations.

Always do your Research on ANY LIVE INSECT before ordering. This is extremely important!
I am not held accountable for any persons who orders and does not understand how to care for the live insect.
I package all Live insects using sturdy cardboard boxes, and using packing peanuts inside to provide suitable protection for any bangs that may occur during shipping. I use stickers to indicate "LIVE INSECTS' and in colder months a heat pack will be provided.
Boxes will have air holes to ensure good ventilation for live insects.
Moths eggs will be sent in a padded envelope.

During the winter months the weather can sometimes get too cold to post any live insects, even when using a heat pack. The health of live insects / spiders is the most important and I will cease posting
any package dependant on the contents.
Heat waves can also cause a holt to posting depending on the insect in question.
Moth eggs/cocoons and caterpillars require slightly different temperatures. All packages will be sent using appropriate packaging and be dependant on the weather temperatures.

Any live insect that arrives 'dead' is not accountable by me although if this does occur please message me with photographs, video and any other important information. If I find it a fault by me and not the customer or mail service, I will refund or if possible replace.
